Capacitor Discharge Welding is one of CHOWEL’s representative models, specialized for HSS steel welding, aluminum welding, and bolt/nut welding applications.
It is capable of performing all types of nut and bolt welding and supports firm joining with automotive body structures.

Extremely short discharge time (less than 30 ms), resulting in minimal heat distortion on the base material and enabling precision welding.
During welding, only the projection area is locally heated, allowing the operator to touch the workpiece safely, which improves workability.
Compared to general resistance welders, it requires only about one-tenth of the power supply capacity, ensuring high energy efficiency.
Long electrode life with low wear characteristics, and typically no electrode cooling is required.
Capable of welding steel, brass, and dissimilar metals.
Suitable for welding metals with high electrical and thermal conductivity.
