Hanmyeonwon Kimchi Kalguksu is a home meal replacement (HMR) product created based on the unique technology of Korean noodle-making. This product is characterized by the inclusion of kimchi pieces, providing a spicy and flavorful broth.

The kalguksu noodles in Hanmyeonwon Kimchi Kalguksu undergo strict hygiene management through a self-developed processing method. We ensure a safer and healthier product for consumers through meticulous management. Dough is made while maintaining

specific temperatures and humidity levels, and we strive to provide products of consistent quality.

One key differentiator from other products is that we do not use any acidity regulators or emulsifiers. To maintain quality, we employ alcohol treatment, which sterilizes microorganisms present in the noodles and helps control the shelf life. The fresh noodles

produced through this process are delivered to consumers in optimal condition.

The product features a liquid sauce that allows you to fully appreciate the rich flavors of gochujang (red chili paste) and doenjang (soybean paste), along with kimchi pieces, rather than a powdered sauce.

Hanmyeonwon Kimchi Kalguksu is suitable for serving 2 portions, making it a perfect meal replacement. The cooking time is 3 minutes and 30 seconds, and it is recommended to store it in a freezer at temperatures below -18°C.
