Hanmyeonwon Bibim Guksu is a home meal replacement (HMR) product created based on the unique technology of Korean noodle-making. This product features a gochujang (red chili paste) base, harmonizing spiciness with a sweet and sour flavor that appeals to people of all ages.

The somyeon noodles in Hanmyeonwon Bibim Guksu undergo strict hygiene management through a self-developed processing method. We ensure a safer and healthier product for consumers through meticulous management. Dough is made while maintaining specific temperatures and humidity levels, and we strive to provide products of consistent quality.

One key differentiator from other products is that we do not use any acidity regulators or emulsifiers. To maintain quality, we employ alcohol treatment, which sterilizes microorganisms present in the noodles and helps control the shelf life. The fresh noodles produced through this process are delivered to consumers in optimal condition.

The product features a liquid sauce that allows you to experience the flavors of gochujang along with its sweet and sour notes, complemented by seaweed flakes, rather than a powdered sauce.
